The newly released split EP is the result of Chevel and Hatcp’s collaborative effort, a journey through vivid oneiric atmospheres and echoing sounds of distant industrial ecosystems. The first track, composed by Chevel (Treviso-based artist and founder of the label Enklav) is dedicated to his first trip to NY in 2007 - a faraway memory that takes the shape of slow nostalgic sounds and faded melodies. Hatcp (EVN and Mudwise)’s tracks call to mind dystopic obscure sounds in contrast with harsh melodies and appear like the perfect inference of the post-industrial city’s resigned reality.
